Hey look who's living in my house. The new snare drum player in fifth grade band. The first semester she played the bells, but she brought this home last week. She's doing well. She's got a good sense of rhythm and tempo and she said the band teacher actually has a real pair of drumsticks for her to bring home tomorrow! So now I have a drummer named Cadence living in my house!

ReplyDeleteI loved playing the snare drum as a kid. My brother played full drums, but I wasn't nearly coordinated enough to do 4 things at once. The snare drum I could handle.
