The moon and Venus are just incredible tonight. Unfortunately my knowledge of night time photography is not... But had to post these to say at least I tried. I need to read up. Anyway here's the moon and Venus and the boat harbor at night...

ReplyDeleteMy DD is studying about space at school, and informed me about Venus too. I didn't realize that bright bright "star" was a planet. The view of the "waxing" crescent (as opposed to a "waning" crescent, which I also learned from DD) was incredible. DD wanted to take a similar photo but i didn't have the camera handy. Just now she looked over my shoulder, and she is very envious that you got such a great shot.
