Saturday the last month or so has meant bread baking day. So here you go, would you like a slice of warm sourdough bread with some butter and salmonberry jelly?
What beautiful bread! I cook good meals every night but I don't have the patience to make bread. I am not keen on precise measuring and getting things an exact temperature. But oh I do love bread, especially sourdough! I am drooling!
Lilja, Wikipedia has a pretty good article on sourdough. Don't know if you wanted more info on sourdough or if you actually want my recipe for sourdough bread.

I looked up salmonberry and found out that some people call them cloudberries. Alaska Natives called them salmonberrys because the look a lot like salmon eggs.
