Today we had the field trip for our Sea week studies at school. The weather was incredible. I actually had to take my coat and sweatshirt off because I was too hot! We had a wonderful time all morning and went back later than we had planned. This afternoon we too the preschoolers on a hike and spent a long time at the park! Come on summer!
Beautiful colors on that uh, what is it? Looks like a cross between a starfish and an octopus.

Amazing starfish! I hope this is the year my girls get to see the beach for the first time. So many new lifeforms to explore!
